Persimmon came to us from the streets as a stray baby bunny. It’s possible he escaped or is often the case, was “set free” (aka abandoned) by someone when he was no longer wanted. When we got him, he had a nasty looking growth on his nose. It took a combination of treatments and several weeks of care, but it finally healed and he grew into a healthy little rabbit ready for adoption. A kind family recently chose him from all our other rabbits and reported that he is doing great! It looks like he is enjoying a very comfortable life!
