Good morning and welcome to Adoption Update Monday! This is a weekly series where we highlight past adopters and their stories! Today’s update comes to us from Breezy’s owner:

“I adopted Breezy several years ago (I honestly can’t remember the date). She is still as stubborn as always if she really doesn’t want to do something . Currently, we live in Grassy Key, and her favorite things to do are chase iguanas and jump in the pool. She’s had quite an adventurous life since I adopted her. Sand bar trips, dog parks, and car rides are still her favorite places. She has a new friend (my bearded dragon named Mushu), and although it took a while to teach her that he’s not an iguana, she has gotten to the point where she will let him share her food.

She has gotten more calm and polite, but only until you give her attention or give her a butt scratch. Then her wild side comes out, and she gets the zoomies

But over all she is super happy and healthy and living her best life in the keys! “
