While there are certainly adopters who have an affinity for black cats, sadly at the FKSPCA we have an abundance of them that are waiting for their furever homes, and Pita is the black cat that has been with us the longest. Black cats are often looked over because they don't have an exciting look or for superstitious reasons, and Pita is just waiting for that right person to see she would be a wonderful addition to any family.
