Benito was a star while he was at the shelter, charming everyone who met him. He was curious, confident, and very friendly.

Melissa and her family had adopted from us before and had other animals at home (including the bird pictured here with Benny), but she was thoughtful about taking on another animal to care for. We knew they would be a great rabbit home after we watched them build trust with two birds they adopted from us. Within days of taking the birds home, they were sitting on their shoulders!

They decided their home and hearts had room for Benny and adopted him. Her most recent update: “We adore him!”
